When purchasing original artworks (paintings or drawings) or prints of these artworks, the artist Yakshani Priya Surgoo, reserves the right of ownership of the images of these artworks and can thus, replicate, duplicate, copy or make prints thereof, or use the images of the original artworks or prints thereof, in any form or manner and on any merchandise as required by the artist Yakshani Priya Surgoo.

Please take note that Yakshani Priya Surgoo is currently unable to provide refunds or accept returns or exchanges, however, should you have a problem with your order, please contact Yakshani Priya Surgoo to discuss the problem, as well as provide details and photos relating to the problem with your order or delivery.

All products will be shipped from South Africa.

For international shipping, please take note that some countries may charge customs fees and it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover these fees.

All products are inspected for defects or damages before packaging and shipping.

All products are safely and securely packaged to ensure that the products are well protected from damage while in transit during shipping. However, Yakshani Priya Surgoo does not accept any liability or responsibility for products once dispatched.
